Founder & Principal Consultant
Nicholas D. Hawkins works at the intersection of institutional finance, public policy, and community governance — a cross-section most practitioners occupy only one corner of. He has conducted private equity due diligence on companies generating $5–25M EBITDA, managed $5M in client assets under FINRA-regulated advisory standards, designed decentralized treasury governance for a 500-member global collective, and built research-to-advocacy infrastructure for a national network of 5,000 young professionals across 90 chapters.
